EARLY CHILDHOOD COURSE OF STUDY - NORTH SHORE LOCATION

2022-2023 TUITION PLAN AND PAYMENT CONTRACT

Please indicate below the payment plan you wish to use during this year to complete the tuition and fees owed to NORTHEAST MONTESSORI INSTITUTE for participation in the Early Childhood North Shore Course of Study. This is a legal contract and acknowledges your full responsibility for satisfying all financial obligations in a timely manner. The Adult Learner Association (includes membership fees for AMS and MACTE dues) and Intellectual Property Fees of $900.00 are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the initial tuition payment due by June 1st. A $5 service charge per payment for plans 2 – 4 is included with each payment due. (An extended plan is available for Adult Learners participating over a two-year period.) Should you withdraw before the start of classes, the association dues of $400 will be refundable; otherwise all other terms in the following plans apply.

Full Certification Program

Please indicate below any other parties with whom you have made arrangements for fulfilling the financial terms of this contract. In any event, all financial obligations remain the responsibility of the Adult Learner. Without the signature of the responsible party, all billing will be directly to the Adult Learner.

Please read the Financial Policies outlined, indicate tuition plan preference, then sign and date contract.  Return one copy to the Institute and keep one copy for your records.  Monthly invoices are not issued, so please adhere to your payment plan to keep current. Matters regarding accounts may be directed to the NMI business manager, Bonnie Davis, at: northeast.businessoffice@gmail.com. Adult learner signature is required to complete enrollment.
