    Please complete this checklist every time you visit a property.
  • Is yard mowed and exterior of home in good condition?*
  • Are locks, keys, and lockbox in good working condition?*
  • Is property secure with all windows and exterior doors locked?*
  • Is the exterior of the property (sheds, outbuildings, gates) closed and secured?*
  • Are all lights, ceiling fans, and small appliances turned off?*
  • Is HVAC set to 62 (heat) in winter and 78 (AC) in spring through fall?*
  • Are all plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilets, tubs) off and NOT leaking?*
  • Is there any NEW damage noticed (flooring, walls, etc.)?*
  • Are there any visible signs of pests (animals, bugs, spiders... alive OR dead)?*
  • Is there any thing that needs to be thrown away around the exterior of the house? (i.e. any marketing material on the mailbox, or newspaper on front door)*
