    After you have had a look at our growing list of titles found in our bookstore, you can use this form to order any titles that you are interested in shelving in our facility at a 35% discount off of the retail price. Plus, all sales taxes and shipping are included at no charge!

  • Completing Your Order

    You can order up to eight different titles using this order form. If you need more than that, simply submit and begin a second or even third form. The discount is the same, and you can send your payments separately, or as a lump sum.

    You will enter the total in the Retail Price box below. The amount you will need to pay will then be displayed in the Discounted Rate box.

    If you have used all 8 entry spaces, but still have more items you need to order, simply submit this form and begin a new one.

    Send your total payment to LavishPublishing@gmail.com via PayPal and reference your name and “Discounted Order” in the comment on your payment. You will recieve an order confirmation from us, as well as a delivery estimate and tracking number when available.
