Listed below are 16 Social Action Items that have been organized into 7 major categories of common community concern, listed in alphabetical order. Please identify those causes or activities about which you are most passionate. Limit your responses to your top five issues. Rate them in order of importance to you from 1 (most important) to 5 (least important).
