Client is to list 5Kevents.org under those covered by the Participant Release Waiver. Client understands that they are solely responsible for managing the event course on race day which includes but is not limited to: recruiting/placing volunteer as course monitors, traffic control and runner safety. Client understands 5Kevents.org under no circumstances will be held accountable for these aspects of the event.

The person or Organization listed above requests to hire 5Kevents.org for the services indicated and the outlined price structure. This signed document along with a 100.00 non-refundable deposit is to secure the event date. The minimum total amount of services will be paid full no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
