Have 2 Essays prepared answering to the following questions with a limit of 250 words each.What course of study will you pursue at your chosen educational institution and why have you chosen this field? Briefly describe the school and community activities in which you have been involved. Complete the application form in its entirety.
Monday, March 13, 2017 (No exceptions. All materals must be received by this date in order to qualify.) Questions may be directed to your high school Guidance Counselor, College Financial Aid Office or York General - Human Resources (email@example.com). Submit Application Form (if handwritten, please print legibly) as well as letters and essays online or delivered to York General - Human Resources, 2222 North Lincoln Avenue, York, NE 68467, or firstname.lastname@example.org. Announcement of scholarship recipients will be made via mailing prior to April 30th. Scholarship funds are sent directly to the educational institution.
The letters of recommendation and essays may be uploaded during the online application process or mailed to the address below by the application deadline. The application is not considered submitted until all documents are received.
