Note: All dates and times are subject to availability.

Please note that the Site Inspection and Room Reservation are NOT confirmed until an email is sent out to you with the approvals.

Please be punctual to your site inspections. We will hold all appointments up to 10 minutes after start time. Late arrival will shorten the duration of your site inspection and may need to be rescheduled upon availability.

Important: Do not purchase airfare until you receive a site/room confirmation.

Resort accommodations and transportation are not included.

Site Inspections must be requested a minimum of one month prior to travel dates. Last-minute site inspection requests are not guaranteed until you have confirmation in writing.

Site Inspections are only conducted from Monday to Thursday from 10:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Allow 3 - 4 buisness days for site inspections to be reviewed and processed.

If you wish to cancel your site inspection, please contact weddingsitevisit@aichotelgroup.com at least four business days in advance (Mon-Fri).

Site Inspections and meetings will be for a minimum of 2 hours.
I understand that the hotel will not provide room and optional service pricing during the site inspection by submitting this form. This can be requested directly from the Wedding Department Call Center before or after the site inspection. If you are working with a travel agent, they will provide you with the room pricing for your group before or after the site inspection.*
