  • Please note this application form must be submitted to Capital Football for consideration at least 21 days prior to the event commencing. 

    Only matches/events/tournaments etc. that have previous confirmation and sanctioning by Capital Football will be allowed to continue. Any events, and the players that contribute to said events that occur without approval by Capital Football will not be covered by insurance.
