2018 Senior Spokesmodel Application

*Please read the spokesmodel responsibilities list thoroughly before applying!*

Being a spokesmodel for Haley Willingham Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of Haley Willingham Seniors! Spokesmodels receive countless perks including a complimentary mini session before their senior year with professional makeup, participation in group shoots, high resolution digital files from each shoot, senior session, cash bonuses, group activities and more! I am so excited to kick-start a new year of my senior spokesmodel program and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of 2018 seniors! Before applying, please read the following.

Chosen spokesmodels are required to:

-Attend a meet & greet event on Sunday, March 12th with a parent or guardian

-Participate in group shoots and activities though Haley understand if you have to miss 1 or 2 for personal reasons.

-Use Haley Willingham as their sole photographer during their senior year (your school's photographer for yearbook photo is OK)

-Post on social media frequently about Haley Willingham Photography

- Book your senior session with Haley Willingham for a total of $400 (this is the only payment or fee ever associated with the spokesmodel program and can be earned back through referrals)

-Notify parents of their application. Your parent will be contacted first if you are chosen as a spokesmodel, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!

PARENTS AND SENIORS: READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE SUBMITTING. By clicking submit I understand that I will be representing HWP Photography and if chosen as a spokesmodel I will not be allowed to use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program (except for my schools photographer for yearbook photos). I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Haley Willingham and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of my senior session ($400) but will have the opportunity to earn cash back through referrals.
