  • Thank you for considering making Summer Winds Band Camp a part of your summer schedule! This application (and non-refundable $100 application fee) must be completed by the camp participant’s legal parent/guardian and must be submitted prior to the final registration. Applicants will be notified of acceptance via e-mail, and final registrations/payment information will be provided. Accepted applicants will be sent link of the registration form. Please ensure that you have the applicant’s medical and insurance card available to complete the final registration form.

  • Resident or Commuter Camper?

  • These paragraphs explain the differences between a Resident Camper and a Commuter Camper. The next question will ask which you will be at camp.

     

    Resident Camper: $800.00 (All Meals/Dorm Accomodations)

    By selecting this option, a student will be referred to as a “resident camper.” Dorm accommodations are provided for resident campers only. Resident campers will be housed in Belmont University dormitories. Roommates will be assigned randomly by gender unless roommate requests are indicated on the registration form. While in the dormitories, participants will be under the careful supervision of the camp staff, and security will be a priority.

    All daily meals are included and will be served on campus. Accommodations for food allergies are available.

     

    Commuter Camper: $500.00 (Daily Lunches/No Dorm Accomodations)

    By selecting this option, a student will be referred to as a "commuter camper" and will have a strict sign-in and sign-out policy monitored by camp staff.  

    Daily lunches are included and will be served on campus. Accommodations for food allergies are available.

  • Application Fee: $100

    In the event that an application is not accepted due to capacity, the application fee will be refunded. Full tuition amounts are listed below. You will have the opportunity to pay the camp tuition through a separate final registration form in your acceptance email.
  • Full residential tuition: $800 (includes $100 application fee)
    Full commuter tuition: $500 (includes $100 application fee)

    Camp tuition will be due upon final registration. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete the final registration form and payment.

    *residential option only available to students entering grades 9-12.
