TSNW is a Seattle-based non-profit that provides a broad range of fitness and health education programs at no cost to women cancer survivors. The organization serves survivors in any stage of treatment or recovery and at any fitness level and empowers women to take an active role in their ongoing physical and emotional healing.
Numerous studies have shown that exercise improves survival rates and life span post cancer. Nearly 16,000 women are diagnosed with cancer each year in WA state. TSNW exists to make a difference in recovery outcomes for women in the Puget Sound area.
