How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We send our parcels by Hermes Small Parcel Second Class Service which usually takes up to 5 day from despatch. Please note that from ordering to receipt, it could take up to two weeks because we do not hold stock.
What's your returns policy?
In short - 14 days, but please read on below for our full Returns Policy.
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
If your order has not popped through your letterbox after 14 working days, please email us on email@example.com and we will track it down.

If you wish to return an item, in the first instance, please email us at email@example.com so that we can advise on your return. Please state the following:

The reason for the return
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since our despatch time, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Please also note the following:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted including:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically via PayPal within 10 working days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
