Vintage Legend focuses on the unrestored vehicle, and includes American brands. This program provides status, recognition, provenance and appreciation to unrestored vehicles. The certification team provides each owner with a detailed listing of our findings in a comprehensive report. Our goal is to uncover new information, share it with you and act as a repository for factory standards and processes

Cars with questionable VIN Tags will NOT be judged. For a vehicle in a Commercial Booth, please note name of Company registered as a Commercial Booth.

Cars may not display For Sale Signs Unless Registered/Paid as such.

No Commercial Banners/ Flyers may be displayed /dispersed with car unless registration as Commercial Vendor has been paid and accepted. Commercial Vendors must be approved by managment.

** In the interest of presenting a fresh show each year, applications for cars that participated in previous MCACN Show/s will be held for acceptance based on available space after October 30, 2025. Cars that have never participated in the MCACN Show will be given priority consideration.

***In the interest of presenting a show focused on 60's and 70's Muscle, quotas will be set on late model vehicles by make and model

Cancellations after Oct 15, 2025 will be considered for Roll Overs to 2026 show

Prices will increase incrementally as the dates get closer to the show, due to time constraints, staffing and other complications. Fall is our busiest season, registering early helps us balance our workload and helps you save money

Concours Judging $550.00

CLOSING Sept 15, 2025 or sooner if sold out-- ALL Concours judging will close on September 15 if not already sold out- Classes will be limited in quantity due to availability of qualified judges. Vehicles are judged on a 1,000 point scale with deductions taken for any deviations from how the vehicle left the assembly line. Cars with Replacement and questionable VINS will not be judged. Not for clones or tributes. Cars that are suspected to be non-authentic by our judging team will not be judged. A copy of your title may be required to complete your registration. Car and all parts must match VIN. Unrestored Original Cars should consider Vintage Certification . Due to specialized nature of judging and specialized knowledge of judges- Concours Classes will be limited in qty per class in 2025. THIS PRICE WILL INCREASE ON April 15, 2025.

Day 2 /Period Correct Judging $300.00

Closing Sept 15, or sooner if sold out. Day 2/Period Correct *: (Cars Modified with Period Correct Parts- ie. Nickey, Gibb, Yenko, Baldwin Motion etc) Vehicles are judged on a 1,000 point scale with no deductions taken for period correct accessories and modifications and wheel and/or tire modifications. Note; deviations from stock must be deemed "period correct." VIN MUST MATCH VEHICLE, Cars with replacement VINs will not be judged.. Not for Clones or Tributes, NOT for stock vehicles with Non-Original Drivetrain components. Cars that are suspected of being non-authentic by our judging team will not be judged. A copy of your title may be required to complete registration- Please email Bob before you choose this option. THIS PRICE WILL INCREASE ON April 15, 2025.

Super Street- Modified/Custom/Fit & Finish Judging*: Not Eligible for "Best of Show" Stock Category Awards. Vehicles are judged on a 1,000 point scale with no deductions for deviations from stock. Overall attention to cleanliness and detail inside and outside along with panel fit and finish is considered. THIS PRICE WILL INCREASE ON April 15, 2025.

Triple Diamond Corvette Judging $650.00

Triple Diamond Judging:* Triple Diamond judging is for the country’s finest restored and original Corvettes only. Applicants must first provide proof of achieving Bloomington Gold or Bloomington Survivor and NCRS Top Flight or NCRS 4 or 5 Star Bowtie status within the past five years. Full vehicle identification number must also be provided with registration along with certificates. Non OEM Engines take a 20 point deduction out of the gate, discuss Certification with Bill Braun if you have a Non OEM Engine. (Includes Concours Judging. Concours Award included if you score Gold in addition to Triple Diamond Etched Award) ) To Register continue on this page to payment option. Barn Find Entry$250.00

This is for an entry into our "Barn Find/Hidden Gems" Special Display Area. A Barn Find: This very special section is reserved for the "off the radar" finds that may or may not be shiny. Some come out of a field while some have been packed away in a Barn or Garage for years. This is not for stalled project cars, but for the rare and unusual. And every one of them has a story to tell. A Hidden Gem is a rare Muscle Car or Corvette that has been lost in time. Many times these are cars that have been packed away with the hope of someday bringing them back out. Again, every one of them has a story.

Non Judged Entry/ Eligible for Pick Awards $175.00

Non Judged/Pick Award Eligible: Vehicles are not judged on a point system, but will be considered for a variety of "Pick" Awards, including Celebrity, Sponsor, and Club Choice awards. THIS PRICE WILL INCREASE ON SEPT 15 , 2025. THIS IS NOT FOR BARN FINDS. If your car is a Barn Find you will be billed the Barn Find Registration Price or refunded.

Car Corral Entry $175.00

Registration Ends Nov 10 2025. Car For Sale ONLY in Car Corral Area- Friday PM or Saturday AM Move In- NO AT THE SHOW REGISTRATION

OPTIONAL: I want to put a FOR SALE sign on my show car but do not want to be placed in the car corral. (This option must be selected in conjunction with another entry form -ie judged, non judged etc) $100.00

Pinnacle Judging (Requires SAAC and MCA Gold as Pr-requisites)$750.00

Reserved for the absolute best of the best in the Shelby and Ford Mustang world. All applicants must first earn MCA (Mustang Club of America) Gold status and SAAC (Shelby American Automobile Club) gold status. This intense judging process is done by certified Shelby and Mustang authorities, led by Bob Perkins and Rick Campbell. Cars will be inspected inside, outside and underneath on a lift with all numbers and date codes inspected and verified. Certifications may be awarded in several levels

OPTIONAL ADD ON: I would like to display Commercial Signage or Banner with my car, this does not include any additional floor space. $300.00

If you signage or banner is larger than a 24 x 36 A Frame sign, you must choose this option. This option does not include additional floor space

MOVE IN PREFERENCES:

If your car will be parked in Zone 1, 2 or 4, you may be assigned to either Thursday AFTERNOON after 3 PM OR Friday AM or PM. There is NO move in before 3 PM Thursday.

If your car will be parked in Zone 3 or Zone 5, your move in time must be Friday Nov 21, as we use Zone 3 and 5 to unload Reliable Trucks on Thursday.

Your Preference DOES NOT guarantee your move in day/time. If you prefer a Thursday Move in but your car will be parked in Zone 3, we MUST assign you a Friday Move In Time. Also, we cannot load in 550+ cars and 150+ Vendors on Thursday alone, so we must assign a percentage of exhibitors to a Friday Move In. Although you may prefer Thursday, we may not be able to accomdate your preference based on floor location and quantities of trucks/trailers in the building.

If your spot is in a Thursday Trailer Unloading Area but you still desire a Thursday move in, you might be permitted IF you are willing to give Bob or Ian Ashton your car keys, so that they can put your car somewhere out of the way until the trailer unloading in your spot are concluded (Usually on Friday afternoon, if you are unable or unwilling to be patient this might not be a good fit for you)

If you are assigned a Thursday Move In Time but do not wish to arrive on Thursday, you can always arrive on Friday, however, due to load in floor usage, you cannot arrive earlier than your assigned move in time.

This includes exhibitor vehicles, vehicles offered for sale, and vehicles that have been sold .I understand that a show car may not be offered For Sale unless the car sale fee has been paid. I understand that I may not display Commercial Banners or disperse flyers unless I have registered as a Commercial Vendor. During the event, exhibitors may only use the "Parts Pickup" door to take parts in and out of the event. Unless an emergency, no unauthorized doors may be opened during the event. No refunds 30 days prior to event. (IF EXHIBITOR IS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR EXHIBITOR). MCACN,LLC is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions on any printed material or its website.
