Return Policy: With your grocery delivery order, we give you the actual receipt from the store so you are able to make returns or exchanges. Unfortunately we can not be held responsible for customers who over order.
If you are a vacationer and did not consume all of your grocery purchases and wish to return unused grocery items for a refund, we can make returns on the following conditions:
The grocery store accepts the return.
All returns are non-perishable.
You provide us with the grocery store receipt which was given to you at your initial delivery.
You agree to a service fee for us to pick up the grocery store receipt and groceries to be returned.
You agree to an additional service fee for us to return your refund.
Your refund will be minus our service fees.
