Thank you for your interest in joining the Spanish Fork Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)!

In our training, we cover topics that include search and rescue, the CERT organization, first aid, disaster psychology, emergency preparedness, fire suppression, cribbing, the Incident Command System, utility control, and terrorism. This training helps you become self-sufficient when disaster strikes, allowing you to take care of yourself, your family, and the community.

BEFORE FILLLING OUT THIS FORM: Please visit cert.hazready.com/CourseCatalog and sign up for the online CERT program.
- Click on the RED register button.
- Take the online sections at your own pace.
- Email tsperry@spanishfork.org with your completed certificate.
  
  You are then ready to join the in-person class, which will be held every October and April. The in-person class costs $25, which covers your backpack, helmet, vest, safety glasses, work gloves, N95 mask, and more!
