Model Casting Call for Joshua Tree Destination Magazine Shoot with Brooke Daniels & Senior Style Guide

Senior Style Guide Magazine and Brooke Daniels Photography are holding an Open Model Casting Call in the search of Fresh Faces for our upcoming Magazine Destination Shoot at Joshua Tree California June 20, 2022. Most of our shoot will take place at the following resort and is our recommended lodging choice for models and photographers: The Castle House Estate in Joshua Tree (as featured in People Magazine, HGTV and MTV).

PLEASE READ THROUGH EVERYTHING BELOW WITH A PARENT (if you are under 21) BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION.

Model Team to include: One married or engaged couple (age 21-28), 2-3 Teen Girls (age 15-19), 2 guys (age 15-21), 1 high level teen dancer.

Chosen models will receive a complementary full day photoshoot, receive ALL of their edited digital high resolution files with artist print release, a custom moble app of their image gallery AND be published throughout a special issue of the Senior Style Guide Magazine where one (or more than one) lucky model will even grace the COVER! Every model will be featured in multiple full page spreads in the magazine. (Over $8000 value!) Models will also be photographed by other talented photographers from all over the globe. This is truly a once in a lifetime experience! Our previous destination shoots have taken us to NYC twice, Isle of Palms, Iceland, Yellowstone Montana, Dahlonega and Aruba.

No previous modeling experience required. Seeking a wide variety of unique looks and diveristy. We look for models with a clear complexion, nice smile/teeth, who are comfortable in their own skin, adventurous with fashion, comfortable being photographed in a swimsuit, have the stamina and energy for a full day photoshoot, and are confident in front of a camera.

*Models are responsible for their own flights, accommodations, food, three wardrobe looks as assigned by the photographer, professional makeup/hair styling service and nominal art fee. Models may not represent, model for or be photographed by another Fredericksburg/Stafford Virginia teen/senior photographer for twelve months. Models age 21 and under to travel with a parent or adult guardian. Models to sign a model release form and model agreement. Applying models to follow SSG and BDP on Instagram.

Models may choose to share lodging with another model/mom team to split hotel costs if they wish, and some models like to travel with their family as a vacation. Model Team to be at our location in Joshua Tree, CA June 19-21, 2022 with a two night minimum stay. Models are not required to stay at The Castle House Resort (rooms starting at $289 a night) but it is recommended for logistics. Limited rooms available, first come first serve. Models may stay at any nearby hotel/lodging option.

The selected model team will be added to a private Facebook group where all of the planning and logisitics will take place. You will be notified via email if you have been chosen for the next round from the magazine editors and will then recieve all of the detailed requirements in a model agreement prior to you accepting the position. If you do not hear back from us for this particular shoot, we will be keeping everyone's information on file for future modeling opportunities. Good Luck!
