2017 Beth Evergreen 2nd Night of Passover Congregational Seder
Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Mt. Vernon Country Club
Doors open at 5PM; Seder begins at 5:30 PM
Cost - $60/Adults; $30/Children 12 and younger
Buffet Menu: Lemon Herb Filet of Salmon; Roast Top Round of Beef with Aus Jus and Horseradish Sauce.
Vegetarian entree: Sicilian roasted vegetables, including portabella mushrooms and roasted herb potatoes. Matzoh Ball Soup (vegetable broth; GF available); all the trimmings, including hard boiled eggs, and gefilte fish.
Dessert is a flourless chocolate torte with strawberries.
Red and white wine and grape juice, too.
