By signing below, I (Client) am agreeing to allow The Good Life Photography to share images from my wedding on social media and for marketing purposes without compensation.

Included in your experience is approximately 8 hours of capturing your beautiful moments. Additional hours are a cost increase of $200 per hour. Coverage will begin at the date/time above, and continue for the number of hours purchased, continuously. If client requests for more hour(s) at the event, payment must be made the following day. The Good Life Photography will not start editing any images until payment of extended hours of service are paid for in full.
The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this agreement. Due to the limited and subjective nature of the event, the photographer cannot be held responsible for requested photographs not taken or missed, lack of coverage resulting from weather conditions, or schedule complications caused by but not limited to, anyone in or at the event, or by church/venue restrictions. The photographer is not responsible for lost photo opprotunities due to other cameras, flashes, or wedding guests. The photographer is not responsible for guests not cooperating.
Clients are responsible for all location fees and permits.
The photographer shall be notified via email and phone call immediately of any change of date/time/venue. If The Good Life Photography is not available on the new date/time, NO refund from the deposit will be given.
The Good Life Photography shall be the only hired photographer for the event. Friends and family may be asked to refrain from taking photographs if they are interfering with your paid services to The Good Life Photography.
Travel expenses/fees will be pre-determined and will combined in the initial payment total.
A meal shall be provided for events lasting longer than 5 hours. If no meal is provided, it is understood that the photographer will leave the event for 30 minutes to eat.
Cancelation of the event must be reported to the photographer via phone call and email. No refund of the deposit shall be given for any reason.
50% of the non refundable initial payment (retainer) is due at booking. If the payment is not submitted within 48 hours, this contract will be null/void and the photography of your wedding will be cancelled. Remainder of the balance shall be paid in full 30 days prior to event date. If payment is not received, The Good Life Photography will not be expected to attend said event. If more time is needed for payments, please notify Trisha BEFORE 30 days prior event to make arrangments.
Forms of payment that are exepted are cash, check, Paypal at www.paypal.me/thegoodlifephotos or Venmo. Added to your session total will be California sales tax of 7.5%. If you feel inclined, tips are graciously appreciated.
You will be presented with a minimum of 300 tastefully enhanced images. A handfull of images will be placed in on an online gallery. These images are handpicked by Trisha and will be watermarked for social media sharing. A beautiful USB will be presented to you with all of the wedding images without the watermark for printing. Print release included. Print release is for 11x14 and smaller. Any prints larger than an 11x14 should be ordered from The Good Life Photography.
Images will be delivered within 4 weeks after the date of the wedding. Within these 4 weeks, a review on YELP! is requested. A select few of the images will be delivered via instant digital download via PixieSet for social media sharing. That digital file will be available for download for 1 month. After that, they are deleted from PixieSet.
The content of the gallery is in descretion of The Good Life Photography. Trisha will select the best images and edit them to her descretion. Any further editing will be subjected to fee.
Please be aware of your photographers style and aesthetic before booking. A complete portfolio demonstrating this style and aesthetic can be viewed here www.thegoodlifephotos.com, if you have not reviewd them already.
If for any reason, including but not limited to: severe illness, emergency, weather condidtions, and other acts of God, Trisha Dean is unable to attend the wedding, she will do her best to send a suitable back up photographer approved by her. Incase of unfortunate death of Trisha, her husband Shaun will refund your payment within 90 days.
The Good Life Photography will retain the full copyright on all images (including digital files) and reserves the right to display, publish/etc. for any reason. Client is prohibited from further editing of images, including filters (ex: Instagram). Client is also prohibited from using photos in contests without written consent from Trisha Dean. Client may not, for any reason sell their images to any third party. Client will be granted printing rights in writing for the images and is allowed to download and use digital files for printing purposes and their chosen vendor.
