We have a basic package for all events, we pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating so do get in touch for larger or smaller numbers, we generally find solutions to keep our clients happy.

Field Good Marquee package for up to 120 people, this includes: Field hire, water, electricity. The legendary Field Good Bar. A beautiful white 3 pole 60x40 traditional canvas marquee, outdoor lighting, disco ball 1 meter, stage, small sound system, disco lighting, flooring and trestle style tables, benches and chairs, site management and staff.

Catering by Field Good kitchen only on site , BBQ Service or Feast To Tables that can include large sharing foods.. like Curries, Tagines, Vegetarian and Vegan options.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We take a deposit of 25% of the package 120 this is the same price for all events for 120 people £1625.00

NOTE

£750 of the initial 25% deposit is nonrefundable but transferrable.

Extra food and facilities are calculated pp after this number

All other payments including toilets and food we collect 8 weeks before the event.

General Terms & Conditions

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THIS

In the event of a cancellation at 8 weeks or after, we can only offer refunds if we are able to secure another booking on the same date.
£750 of initial deposit is nonrefundable but transferable.
The damages deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your booking subject to damage status.
You have access to the site at 1pm Friday to Sunday, 4pm although we can be flexible when possible for load in and takedown etc.
Music Policy: Our license allows for amplified music until
11.00pm Friday
1.00 am Saturday
and live music until 11 pm. Guests playlists are welcome.
Silent discos are allowed to run after 1 am until 2 am and we welcome guests to play acoustic music (without drums) around the campfire until 2 am.
Field Good can provide wedding bands, DJ's, and musicians.

Alcohol Policy: Due to the strict nature of our license only alcohol via our bar services are allowed on site. Any breach of this condition may result in confiscation and the offending person(s) may potentially be asked to vacate the site. There is a £1000 minimum on the bar, any shortfall will be expected to be paid for the day of the event.

Corkage is £5 for wine and £10.00for bubbles
Zero Drugs Policy and security is advised for 100 people plus.
Camping Policy: A designated area for camping is included in the hire we can have up to 499 guests, (compulsory terms statement )you and your guests camp at your own risk and Field Good is not liable for loss or theft of camping party.
Field Good is NOT liable for a personal injury that is indicative of outdoor pursuits.
Please be aware this is a field, appropriate footwear, and acknowledgment of uneven surfaces is imperative. (there done now)
You are solely responsible for children while on site.
Please be considerate, we are in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Please don't bring glass on site. Please take all your rubbish with you. A charge of £150 per 1/2 ton will be made if we have to clear your rubbish.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, must be friendly and on a lead at all times.
The safety of children on the site is the sole responsibility of parents and carers. Children are not allowed to play in the car parking area and we ask all guests to be vigilant of children around the fire pit.
Bookings can only be taken by persons aged 18 or over. During the period of hire, you are responsible for your guests including minors, employees, all property, and equipment
Cars should park in the designated parking area only.
