Complete the following application including a nonrefundable application fee of $65 for any future school year in order to officially place your child in the wait pool. By submitting this application you understand and agree to the following: I understand that the $65 nonrefundable application fee is not a guarantee for enrollment but a request for my application to be considered for enrollment. Once my application is submitted I will be placed in line until a seat for my child’s age and gender is available. I do not have to reapply each year. If I am notified via email or postal mail (as indicated on the above application) when a space is available for my child I can then proceed with the enrollment process if I wish to do so at that time. If I choose to decline an invitation to enroll my application may be discarded and I may lose my place in line. I understand that once invited to proceed with the enrollment process, enrollment is not guaranteed until the enrollment contract is signed and the nonrefundable down payment is paid along with any other annual fees. I understand and agree that initial and continued enrollment in the school is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Fishtown Montessori Family Handbook.
