South End Art Hop: September 8-10, 2017
The South End Art Hop brings 30,000 hungry attendees to you and your business. Participate this year by being a food vendor and sell your goodies to the crowd!
How to Apply: Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance, you will be notified of your status within 30 days after we have received it. Your check will not be deposited unless you are accepted. Once accepted, you must send your certificate of insurance by August 5th. Approximately 20 days prior to the event you will receive your participation packet with your set up and location information. Please Note: Deposit Must Accompany Application and is Non-Refundable.If you fail to send us certificate of insurance by that date your fee is forfeited and you will not be able to participate.

Friday, September 8th from 5:00pm - 10:00pm or later
Saturday, September 9th from 11:00am - 7:00pm or later
Once Accepted: It is expected that you arrive and set up prior to the serving times listed above. If you want to stay beyond the designated time listed above you are welcome to do so. The 2nd fashion show on Saturday evening ends at approximately 10:00pm. This year many studios will also stay open into the evening. Additionally some venues will be open on Sunday, September 10th from 11am - 4pm. The crowds will be lighter on Sunday but you can set up that day at no additional charge if desired. A limited number of vendors will be invited to the STRUT fashion show from 7pm to 10pm.
