GameGuard does not authorize online sales through any 3rd Party Internet reseller/retailer, such as Amazon or E-Bay.
GameGuard does not permit the use of the GameGuard Logo, Running G Logo, GameGuard camouflage pattern or other marks on physical goods,
such as T-Shirts, Bags, Coolers, or other products for personal or commercial use.
Respect the GameGuard Brand & Reputation
The GameGuard name, logos, marks or other intellectual property should not be used in a manner that suggests that your site or store is owned by, or has been produced or endorsed by GameGuard Outdoors.
Our name cannot be combined with yours. Don’t use our name as part of the title of your website, store, blog, etc.
GameGuard intellectual property cannot be used in any manner associated with gambling, pornography, or illegal activities.
GameGuard brand marks cannot be used in a way that disparages GameGuard or its business, or in a way that is deceptive, harmful, obscene, unfair, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
All GameGuard logos and marks must be displayed with an accompanying ™ or ® symbol, where applicable.
Trademarks
The logos, images, collateral, and text provided are the intellectual property of GameGuard Outdoors, and are subject to the guidelines above.
Where appropriate, include an attribution statement in your trademark and copyright notices when using our trademarks.
GameGuard may require you to stop using our brand assets if we believe that your use falls outside these rules or the scope of any permission we give you.
Unauthorized use of any of our copyrighted materials may result in legal action.
