2018 Senior Spokesmodel Application

Before applying, please read the following:

Being a spokesmodel for Shelby Dickinson Photography means you have the opportunity to represent the face of SDP Seniors! Spokesmodels receive countless perks including a complimentary mini session before their senior year with professional makeup, participation in group shoots, high resolution digital files from each shoot, senior session, cash bonuses, group activities and more! I am so excited to kick-start a new year of my senior spokesmodel program and cannot wait to work with an amazing group of 2018 seniors!

Chosen spokesmodels are required to:

• Attend a meet & greet event (Date - TBD).

• Participate in group shoots and activities.

• Use Shelby Dickinson Photography as their sole photographer during their senior year (your school's photographer for yearbook photo is an exception).

• Post on social media frequently about Shelby Dickinson Photography.

• Book your senior session with Shelby Dickinson for a total of $300 (This is the only payment or fee ever associated with the spokesmodel program).

• Notify parents of their application. Your parent will be contacted if you are chosen as a spokesmodel, so please be sure they are aware that you are applying!

I understand that if chosen as an Shelby Dickinson Senior Spokesmodel, I will be required to use Shelby Dickinson as my senior portrait photographer and will agree by contract to not use any other photographer during this time of the spokesmodel program with the exception of my formal drape senior portraits which can be taken through school or by the photographer of my choice.

I understand that if chosen as an Shelby Dickinson Senior Spokesmodel, I will be required to pay the amount of a full senior session, but will be given the opportunity as a spokesmodel to participate in a spokesmodel photo shoot, a mini session, and will receive other perks as an Shelby Dickinson Spokesmodel through the duration of the spokesmodel program.

Do you plan on applying for another photographer's spokesmodel team? If so, who?

By clicking submit I understand that I will be representing Shelby Dickinson Photography and if chosen as a spokesmodel I will not be allowed to use any other photographers for the duration of the spokesmodel program (except for my schools photographer for yearbook photos). I also understand that this application will be reviewed by Shelby Dickinson and is not a guaranteed acceptance into the spokesmodel program. In addition, I understand that, if chosen as a spokesmodel, I am required to pay the cost of my senior session ($100) but will have the opportunity to earn cash back through referrals.
