If you wish to pay in advance via Check or Credit Card with PayPal, please let me know and I will email you an invoice.

In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, Special Orders must be paid in full and funds cleared prior to the order being placed. Due to the nature of the business, special orders cannot be canceled and are non-refundable. Special Orders made via Credit Card will forfeit the 3% cash discount price. This amount will be added to your invoice.

Transfer Fees are due when paperwork is completed. Fees are collected regardless of approval status. No Item will be transferred unless an approval has been received from the appropriate agency. No exceptions.

BTK Firearms recommends you only special order or transfer in a firearm if you are confident you will pass the background check.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and outgoing transfer fee (and any fees charged by the seller) for any inbound transfer that cannot be completed for any reason.

Items held without activity for more than 30 days are subject to a $15 per month storage charge. If no activity for 12 months, the item is considered to be abandoned and BTK Firearms reserves the right to dispose of the item as they see fit to offset any fees.
