Set Up: Any Vendor is welcome to set up on Friday July 19th.( Please arrive between 3 PM and 7 PM) OR on Saturday morning if preferred. Food Vendors need to be ready to serve breakfast no later than 7:30 AM on Saturday. General Vendors must be ready for sales by 9 AM . Vendors may not leave the grounds until our awards ceremony is finished; it starts at 3 PM. A letter of detailed information will be mailed to all committed vendors in May 2019.
Sales & Weather: There is no guarantee of sales & cancellations due to weather. Prices will not be regulated nor will Crook County Rodders be responsible for lost sales. Vendors may NOT sell tickets for a raffle; only food or merchandise may be sold. Booth space is assigned on a first come basis and no refunds will be made.
Food & Drink: If selling food & drink, you must have a State of Oregon "Temporary Food License" on location and available if necesssary. Contact the Crook County Environmental Health at 541.447.8155 for permit information. Vendor is responsible for obtaining proper license(s)/permit(s). Crook County Rodders and Crook County Fairgrounds are not liable for unlicensed vendors. No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed.
Booth Space: Vendors are responsible for their own tables, canopies and any other equipment needed as well as setting up and tearing down their booth. Vendors are responsible for protecting their own booth, cleaning up around space and removal of trash for their booths. All CANOPIES MUST BE SECURELY ANCHORED
Advertising: All vendors will be recognized on our website, which is a bit of free advertising for you!!
