Life on the Reservation:
As a valued member of the Simply Smiles team, you will cultivate a diverse range of valuable skills in a unique environment. From your first day on the Reservation, you will be engaged in meaningful, necessary, and fun, work. Here are a few elements of what living on the Reservation is like:
Life on the Reservation is physically and emotionally challenging.
Days are long. You will be asked to respond to needs as they present themselves.
Living conditions are basic. Simply Smiles team members live in a co-ed barn, sleep in cots, have limited access to showers, and use outdoor latrines.
While conditions like these can be challenging, being on the Simply Smiles team is incredibly rewarding. It will be a life-changing experience for you and for those you will be there to help.
