BACKLINE for bass and guitar are NOT provided.

Once we have chosen the bands, we will put you in contact with each other to confirm who will be able to bring which piece of equipment that isn't provided by the venue i.e. Guitar and Bass amps. Drummers, please bring BREAKABLES.

In this section can you please let us know all Instruments played by band members. We will try to accommodate your needs as best possible within the equipment available to us. You may also state your preferred stage arrangement and we will try to accommodate this as best possible: SR/SL/C (Stage Right/Stage Left/Centre), F/R (Front/Rear)

N.B. Equipment you provide must be in safe working order and electrical items PAT tested before use. We are not able to allow you to use equipment that is visibly unsafe.

I confirm that I/my band are available on the first Wednesday of the month (given date applied for) from 5:00pm for event set up and soundcheck. No cancellations.

I grant Amersham Arms/BRAINDEAD the right to utilise any photographs or live footage of the artist/band taken before the event for publicity purposes and during the event marketing, advertising or any other internal/external publicity purposes.

I agree to the band assisting fully with event promotion, including flyering, sharing social media posts, word of mouth etc (as applicable).
