Please complete a new form for each cat you wish to surrender. Meow Cat Rescue WV will respond to your request as soon as we are able. Please note that submission of this form in no way confirms acceptance of your animal into Meow Cat Rescue WV's program. We accept surrenders based on many factors including but not limited to our capacity/foster space and need of the animal in question.

We are a private nonprofit organization that receives no city, state or federal funding. We rely on revenue that we generate to care for pets while they are in our care. On average, the cost for a one day stay is $25 per pet. Admission Fees help us to offset these costs.
