    BOOK YOUR MOVE-IN APPOINTMENT

    (If you require the use of an elevator)

    You may book your move in time any day following your possession day. Please follow the below steps to reserve your 2.5 hour move in time and reservation of the elevator:

    1.Click the CoconutCalendar link above. with "50 Electronic Avenue" as your location.

    2. Check the box accepting you understand and agree to the terms of use for Elevator Move In. Then click "Continue"

    3. Use the arrow or calendar icon to navigate to your preferred date

    4. Select a time slot on your preferred date by clicking on the time. If a time slot is not available, it has already been booked by another Resident. 

    5. Fill in your details including your unit number, e-mail, phone number, and any other specific details you wish in the notes section. Then click "Book it!"

    6. You will recieve a confirmation email where you will be able to cancel your appointment as well.

    TERMS OF USE
    MOVE IN and/or OUT


    1. Owners must self-book for a move via the move-in website, www.50electronicavenuemoveins.com. The caretaker will arrange elevator lock off and hang protective coverings in the elevator.

    2. Owners are required to ensure their move-in is scheduled after their sale closes and they have their received keys from the Developer.

    3. Owners are to pay due care and attention to the elevator, surrounding walls, carpets and doors when moving furniture.

    4. Residents are directly responsible for moving personnel and/or friends/relatives who are assisting with their move. All must adhere to the Bylaws and Rules of the Strata Corporation. At no time should the front entrance doors be left open and unattended.

    5. All boxes must be flattened and properly disposed of in the receptacle provided for cardboard in the garbage room. Junk or unwanted furniture items are the responsibility of the Owner to dispose of off-site. 

    6. As per the Strata Property Act, section 146, owners who are renting their suites must give the prospective tenant(s) the currant Strata Bylaws and Rules, and a Notice of Tenant's Responsibilities (Form K). The form K must be signed and returned to our office within two weeks of the tenant’s occupancy. The form is available on our website at https://www.fsresidential.com/british-columbia/homeowners/forms
