  • PORTRAIT AGREEMENT & MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Nia Koreen Dickinson of Nia Koreen Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and the rest of my party which may include underage children. I hereby grant Nia Koreen Photography and her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of myself, family, and/or child(ren), or in which myself, family, and/or children will be included for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner or medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. I hereby release Nia Koreen Photography and her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.*
  • COPYRIGHT: As a client of Nia Koreen Photography, I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Nia Koreen Photography, PHOTOGRAPHER; Nia Koreen Dickinson, are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs elsewhere without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session digital files to print your portraits for your own personal use. The print release does not allow publication of your portraits (i.e. entering in contests), selling or altering your images without the PHOTOGRAPHER's permission. Reproduction includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting on websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner. I agree to honor the copyright laws as stated in this agreement.*
  • EDITING TIME: I understand and acknowledge that photos can take up to 3 weeks before I am able to see all of the edited images. In cases of an event, it may take up to 4 weeks. If this time frame does not work for me I understand that I may have to pay a rush fee. I also understand and acknowledge that there will be previews of the session posted to www.facebook.com/niakoreenphotography as they are edited.*
  • LIABILITY: Nia Koreen Photography and photographer is not responsible if anyone is hurt in any form during a session. If I or anyone in my party feels uncomfortable with a pose or location, I/We must voice our concern so it can be addressed. If I/anyone in my party is jumping, climbing, running, or any other sort of physical activity that can cause someone to be injured, it is not Nia Koreen Photography's and/or photographer's fault if someone is hurt.*
  • By signing below you certify that You are at least 18 years of age. You have read this portrait agreement/contract and fully understand the contents thereof. You agree that you have the legal authority to grant these permissions and accept all responsibility for such.*

  • ***PAYMENT PORTION***

    This is where you pay the non-refundable session service fee and any other items you'd like to pay for during your session. If you click on an item, it will affect your total so please read over carefully.

  • A non-refundable session service fee is due upon booking in order to reserve your Session. All remaining balances are due at the time of session. No CD, USB and/or print release will be delivered until the balance is paid in full. Your time and date is not reserved until the non-refundable session service fee is received full and clear. The non-refundable session service fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you must do so 48 hours before the session otherwise the session will require another non-refundable session service fee. If you reschedule, the rescheduled date must be within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or the soonest the photographer has available. If there is a family emergency or serious illness and rescheduling needs to happen and it is less than 48 hours notice, documentation must be shown in order to not be charged the non-refundable session service fee again. Re-scheduling of the date due to bad weather may occur at the photographer's discretion only.*
