PIPING CHAMPIONSHIP RELEASE AGREEMENT
Please enter me in the events submitted. In consideration of the United States Piping Foundation (USPF) permitting me to participate in their piping championship I hereby release, waive, and discharge the USPF and the University of Delaware on whose property the piping competition is held and their agents, representatives, employees, officials and directors and their respective insurance carriers from any and all claims, damages, causes of action, costs and judgments or suits of any nature whatsoever which I, my heirs, assigns or executors may have resulting from personal injuries, including death, or damages to property, caused by or arising out of my participation in the Piping Championship. Further, I hereby assume any and all risks of injury to my person, including death, or damages to property, caused by or arising out of such participation, and state that to my knowledge, I am in good health and have no physical condition that would prevent participation.

I further agree that photographs or videos which may include me may be made by or for USPF
and be used along with my name by the USPF or by others authorized by them without compensation to me.

It is also understood that I will appear for competition suitably attired in Highland dress with jacket and bonnet.

I have read and understand the foregoing release and sign it voluntarily.
