Appealing a Parking Citation

The Greenville College parking policies are designed to ensure College parking areas are able to serve all college resident and commuter students, employees and guests; and to maintain positive relationships with private property owners living near College property.

Greenville College requires Campus Safety to enforce the parking policies by patrolling parking areas and streets, and issuing citations to those in violation of these policies.

If you received a parking citation but believe that you were parked in compliance with college parking policies, you may appeal the citation by completing this form with 10 days of the violation, and returning it to Campus Safety. Verbal appeals will not be heard.

Appeals WILL NOT be granted when based on lack of knowledge of parking policies, forgetfulness, failure to follow posted signs, no other available parking, or being stopped for a short period in violation of parking policy.
