This scholarship is awarded by the Sacramento Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. Our fraternal values include training for leadership, support of higher educational purposes, and service in the public's interest.

Eligibility:
- Must be a high school senior or transferring from a community college from the Sacramento region
- Must enroll as a full-time college student at a four year university Fall of 2022
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
* Awardees must present certified proof of full-time enrollment to receive scholarship funds.
