This form is to solidify the shipping details for your purchase of a CardConnect enabled Magtek iDynamo 5 credit card swiper. These swipers are the ONLY ones that are compatible with the GiveSmart mobile fundraising solution and are uniquely coded to work with your CardConnect merchant account.

The use of credit card swipers can promote increased contact between individuals and shared surfaces. Before purchasing and using credit card swipers, please consider the increased risk to health and safety that their use may present.

Special Note: The GiveSmart platform allows guests to add a credit card to their account without swiping. Admins can send a preset text message to prompt guests to add a card on file before or during a fundraising campaign. GiveSmart encourages the use of this contactless process.

Device Compatibility

These swipers are only compatible with Apple iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, iPods) equipped with a Lightning charger port (featured in swiper image above). In order to utilize these swipers, you will need to download the GiveSmart mobile application on an iOS device. Pricing

Swipers come at a cost of $155.00 per swiper and all purchases are non-refundable. The debit will occur on your GiveSmart merchant account as a month end fee, therefore, at the end of the following month that the swiper was ordered. State and/or County tax will apply depending on the delivery address, no exceptions.

You are responsible for fully testing your swipers upon receipt. If you experience a problem with a swiper, reach out to your GiveSmart CSM immediately for assistance. Swipers may be eligible for replacement only within 30 days of receipt if determined to be defective by CardConnect.

Delivery

Please note that swiper orders are placed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and will typically arrive 7-10 business days after the order has been placed, however this is an estimate and we make no guarantees regarding arrival dates. (EX. An order received on Friday will not be submitted until Monday)

You will receive an email notification to the 'Ship To Attention Email' with the tracking information when your package(s) have shipped. All orders are shipped via FedEx and will require a signature upon delivery.

Special Note: Credit Card Swipers should be purchased as far in advance of intended usage as possible to ensure you account for shipping time and any carrier delays, as well as give your organization a chance to familiarize themselves and troubleshoot any issue(s) before the date of intended use. We typically recommend no later than 4-8 weeks prior to usage. Buyer assumes all risk for orders placed later than our recommended timeframe. As a friendly reminder, GiveSmart does not sell or ship swipers and is not involved in order processing or carrier services.
