Today's successful leaders are willing to adapt and improve team performance by sharpening their own leadership team development skills. This management training track at the AEEE 40th Annual Conference empowers you to develop and practice the skills you need. By participating in the management track you will become an engaging manager that creates confident, inspired, empowered, and enthusiastic teams!

Brief outline of what will be covered during the four sessions:
- Session 1- The self-aware leader – what do I do that contributes to my relationships with others and what might hinder my relationships?
- Session 2- Team dynamics – how to build, rebuild, and enhance a team.
- Session 3- Strategic thinking – how to prioritize and find focus in our fast-paced world.
- Session 4- Motivation – what do individuals need in their work to keep them engaged?
