Terms and Conditions:
You will be charged an additional fee of $80 if :
-
Any vehicles or materials that are blocking access and we cannot deliver or pickup your dumpster.
-
Your dumpster is loaded over the sidewalls, is loaded with prohibited items or is loaded with extremely heavy materials (i.e. dirt, brick, stone, concrete, shingles, floor tile and mortar, etc.) -see the overweight surcharge rates.
-
There are low tree branches, low power lines, or the area is uneven or on an incline, and dumpster is unable to be off-loaded.
- If dumpster cannot be loaded due to containing heavy materials, you will need to remove those heavy materials. Warning: concrete is very heavy and is not allowed. Absolutely no shingles and no dirt. Mulch is typically as heavy as dirt, no mulch is allowed.
- All above conditions will need to be remedied before we can deliver or pick up the dumpster.
- NO MATTRESS OR BOX SPRINGS
You also agree to the following:
- That no debris will be over the top or sides of the dumpster. (could present a travel hazard.) All debris must not exceed the top of the dumpster at any place. Any debris over the top of the dumpster will be left on the property.
- No heavy items such as:
- dirt or mulch, brick, stone, concrete, shingles, floor tile and mortar. Ceramic floor tile is very heavy, and you will need prior approval to place that in the roll off. Even with permission, 400 sq ft. is the limit.
- No appliances with Freon, period.
- If the need arises for an extra dump, we will empty your dumpster and return it based on our availability and schedule, and will get to you as soon as we can.
- Three day rentals are NOT eligible for a re-charge, (i.e. an additional dump). If you fill the roll-off in one day, we are not obligated to dump the can and return it on 3 day rentals. If we provide an additional dump on a 3 day rental, a recharge fee plus $50 convenience fee will apply if we agree to the additional dump. The recharge fee and convenience fee must be paid in advance of the additional dump.
- Care must be taken if loading the roll off with a tractor. The tractor can damage the rolloff.
By law, certain items are not allowed by local landfills including but not limited to:
- Automotive: Tires, batteries, automotive fluids (fuel, antifreeze, oils).

Loading the dumpster with a tractor or skidsteer:
Loading the dumpster with a tractor or skidsteer can cause the debris to contain large amounts of dirt. We do not allow dirt in the rolloffs due to excessive weight and possible damage to our equipment.
