Membership Freeze Procedures

Annual membership may be maintained as inactive for a $5/month membership freeze fee for a minimum of two months.
Supplemental memberships will also be frozen on the account. If the supplemental member would like to keep their membership they can do so at the primary membership rate.
Months paid at the $5/month rate do not count towards the completion of an annual contract.
Current membership rates will be applied to all reactivated memberships.
Membership Freezes MUST be in full month increments
Form must be received by the 20th of the month prior to the desired frozen month (e.g., submit form by Jan. 20 to be frozen for February).
