Application Due Date and Payment
Deadline: The final application deadline for the 2020-21 program year is July 24, 2020. Applicants will be notified of acceptance by July 30, 2020.
Early bird: In order to receive the $4,000 discount rate for individuals ($3,800 per person for group of three or more from same organization), completed applications and a $200 deposit must be received by June 15, 2020. After that date, and until the deadline, the regular program price is $4,500 for individuals or $4,300 per person for groups.
Deposit: An application is not complete until NWCPHP has received a $200 deposit. For the cancellation policy, see the program requirements.
Please contact us asap if your department needs an invoice or payment form. The deposit can be paid by credit card (call Ashley Bullock at 206.685.2931) or check (made payable to the University of Washington).
Applications may be submitted electronically here (including electronic signatures or as scanned PDFs of the original program requirements printed document) or, if necessary, sent to Ashley Bullock (firstname.lastname@example.org).
