Sourland Conservancy - Liability Waiver Form

I understand and agree that the Sourland Conservancy and any employee, agent or Trustee thereof, is not liable for any injury or property damage incurred by the undersigned, during volunteer service/event participation.

I further understand and agree that my personal liability insurance should and does cover the types of activities in which I engage as a volunteer and/or event participant, and I confirm that I have health insurance that covers hospitalization.

I confirm by signing below that any personal automobiles that I operate for the purposes of my volunteer work with Sourland Conservancy are insured.

Sourland Conservancy has my permission to use my photograph for publicity purposes including press releases, publications, web pages and other promotional materials produced, used by and representing the Sourland Conservancy. I understand there will be no compensation to me for this use.

I understand that this event involves walking on uneven terrain and I assume any risks associated with the event which may result in personal injury or property damage. I waive any and all claims I may have against Sourland Conservancy for personal injury, damages, costs or expenses incurred as a result of the event.
