2017 ACI Awards Program Project Submission Form

PROJECT ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
The Georgia Chapter ACI is proud to present the 2017 Dan R. Brown Awards Competition. The competition is open to all architects, engineers, developers, contractors, ready mix producers and other concrete-industry professionals who have participated in projects with unique and/or significant concrete applications. Projects to be nominated must have been completed between January 1, 2016 and October 31, 2017. All entries must include a completed entry form and four or more color digital images showing various views and aspects of the project. A written description must be included for each picture. Note that pictures for winning projects may be used by Georgia Chapter ACI to promote future programs or may be submitted to industry related publications. Finally, a project description must be provided. Descriptions may include, but are not limited to items such as an explanation of design concept, aesthetic studies, project economics and/or any unique or innovative aspects of the project. Click here for helpful hints on submitting a project. The entry for each project is $95 and includes a complimentary admission to the Awards Banquet for one person in January. Upon receipt of the project entry, Georgia Chapter ACI will send an invoice which can be paid by credit card or check.
