  • The photo package for event photography is $650 and includes two hours of consecutive coverage. Please consider the timeline of events at your event that you believe is the best time frame to schedule Fabulous Photos. 
    If you need more than two hours of coverage, each additional hour is $200. The event photography package includes the full final (edited) gallery of digital photos with access to download them all. No additional photoshop editing is included in event photography. (Ex:Removing things from photos, skin smoothing, etc. is only included in portrait sessions)

  • Thirty minutes of travel from Riverhead, NY is included in the event package price. Anything further will require a travel fee. 

  • (Fabulous Photos participates in a refferal program. Help your friend earn a credit by providing their name!)

  • Fabulous Photos may or may not choose to post your photos on Facebook and/or Instagram. You may choose whether or not you allow them to be shared. By choosing for them NOT to be shared, photos without people (ie: decorations, food, etc) may still be shared with no mention of who's gallery they belong to.

  • All photos taken at event will be delivered via online gallery within two to three weeks of event depending on volume of events prior to yours. If you are using the two hour package for wedding photography, the time in which you receive your gallery may take up to six weeks. You will have the ability to download all the photos in the gallery. With these photos, you have the rights to print and post online for personal use, but the copyright stays with Fabulous Photos. The photos cannot be used for advertising or profit. The photos may not be altered in any way. Please contact Fabulous Photos with any questions, concerns or issues. 
    Once you are notified of your available online gallery, you will have three weeks to obtain the photos. You will be sent an email reminding you that the gallery is about to expire. Should you need the photos re-uploaded once taken down, a $25 fee is required.
    If you prefer to have your photos provided on a USB, you can request one for $40 (shipping included).

    A non-refundable retainer fee of $200 is due at the time of booking to hold the date of your event as soon as it is paid.

    You will be sent an invoice through Paypal and you may choose to pay the due amount or your balance in full. 

    If you prefer to make payments on Venmo, you may send them to @fabulousphotos


    You may also send the retainer fee with a check sent to:
    PO BOX 577 Riverhead, NY 11901 but your date will not be held until the check is received and cleared.

    The remainder of your balance is due at the event in cash, check, Venmo or PayPal. 
    If for any reason, payment is not paid at the event, your photos will not begin processing until paid and will be archived if payment is not made within three weeks after the event date.

    If a serious health/family issue arises for the photographer the day of your event, Fabulous Photos will do their best to find a replacement photographer OR a full refund will be provided.
