Comcast has recognized that churn (technician turnover) is a major issue and concern for all of its Business Partners and that it is therefore a mutal problem for all of us.
They have sent us a survey link that will address tactics in 3 areas that could increase the tech/customer experience and have a postive impact on this issue.
