We undertake, jointly and severally, to be responsible for all financial obligations as set out in the Fee Schedule for the 2018-2019 academic year, as well as for Incidental Expenses, which will be billed as they occur. We have also read and hereby fully understand the Late Payment Fee Policy, as outlined in the Fee Schedule, as well as the following Withdrawal Policy which states:
Notice of withdrawals must be made in writing to the school before April 1, 2018, in the event that a student is withdrawn after acceptance of an application for admission or re-registration. The reason for withdrawal has no bearing upon any tuition fees payable. This policy is in place to protect CGS from financial loss resulting from unexpected withdrawals and to minimize the expense to parents when such withdrawals occur. All deposits are non-refundable.
Withdrawal after April 1, 2018, the 1st instalment will be non-refundable.
Withdrawal after June 1, 2018, the 2nd instalment will be non-refundable.
Withdrawal after August 1, 2018, the 3rd instalment will be non-refundable.
Withdrawal after November 1, 2018, no refund will be issued.
The Principal of CGS reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student at any time during the school year. Please note that two signatures are required to submit this form online. If you are unable to provide two signatures at this time, contact Kelly Scott, Director of Admission at 416 423 5017 x 43 or email@example.com.
