Nighttime Construction Exception Request
Ordinance 15-3(d)(5) prohibits the operation of any tools or equipment used in construction, drilling, repair, alteration or demolition work between the hours of 9:00pm and 6:00am the following day such that the sound therefrom creates a noise disturbance across a real property boundary, except for emergency work by public service utilities or for other work approved by the city manager or designee.

This form is intended to provide an avenue for applicants to request an exemption to this ordinance in order to perform work during restricted hours.
