IMPORTANT NOTE : Please list the songwriter/s only and not just the entire band line-up (unless all of the band are actually considered to be songwriters).

PRO CAE / IPI No : It is obligatory for any non-UK songwriters to be a member of their regional Performing Rights Organisation (PRO).

REQUIRED if payments are made to Label Cancelof
The signed Client Contract / Agreement must have a specific clause permitting the Label to have any due publishing royalties etc., paid directly to them.

If the songwriter/s is / are a member of a Performing Rights Organisation (PRO) such as PRS, BMI, ASCAP etc, they will receive 50% of all due royalties directly via their PRO paid directly to them and the Label will receive 30%.

If not, then the Label will receive 80% of all due royalties.

Statements will only be sent to Labels if they have submitted a suitable Client Contract / Agreement.

NOTE: All non-UK songwriters must be members of a PRO.
