  • Please complete and submit this form to request an LCME Secretariat consultation at Learn Serve Lead 2026: The AAMC Annual Meeting. Consultations are in-person and will take place during the Annual Meeting in Anaheim, CA. 

    Submission of the form is not a confirmation of appointment.  An LCME staff member will contact the form submitter to schedule and confirm your school's LCME consultation.

  • Please list the names, titles, and email address of those individuals planning to attend the consultation.  Up to six individuals may attend.

  • Please provide a short summary (one or two sentences is sufficient) of the reason for your consultation request.

    Consultation scheduling is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    *Join the LCME Secretariat for the concurrent session "The LCME Strategic Visioning Initiative: In the Midst of the Marathon's Middle Miles" on Saturday, November 7 from 1:15 PM - 2:15 PM.
