The vendor fees for the 2017Conference are $600.00 per booth. Due to limited space for vendors we will be limited to 25 vendors. Each vendor will be allotted 1 table. An additional table may be purchased at $400.
Each booth will come with two chairs and the table will be 6’ long. Electrical outlets will be provided on request. The request must be made at the time of registration. Vendor name badges and a list of the conference attendees will be provided once the conference has concluded.
All shipments have to be limited to 40” wide x 70” tall in size and a maximum weight of 300 pounds. These limits are set by the hotel. The hotel will not unload anything off the truck so you must let the driver know they are responsible for unloading. Shipments can be received up to 72 hours in advance. Anything over that time will be charged $75 per day at the vendor's expense for storage.
