    A great prep or line cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team. 

    LINE COOK: Line cooks are responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking with regards to our standards and recipes. You will be assigned the task of preparing the food in a specific area or along the line in our kitchen such as saute or the grill. Your duties will also include assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. 

    Part-time + Full-time
    * 2 years experience
    * Proficient skills on Prep, Saute, Salad, and Grill stations preferred
    * Must be able to multi-task and manage time well
    * Must be available weekends, late nights or early mornings
    * Starting at $14/hr or DOE

    PREP COOK: Assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.

     Part-time + Full-time
    * 1 year experience
    * Must be clean, organized, and fast
    * Prep skills A+
    * Must be able to multi-task and manage time well
    * Must be available weekends, late nights or early mornings
    * Starting at $13/hr or DOE

    DISHWASHER: Dishwashers are required to clean and restock pans, pots, dishes, and other elements used in a kitchen or restaurant. You will also take on some janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as cleaning and maintaining appliances, emptying trash receptacles, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.

    Your Experience
    - Candidates should possess at least 2-5 years of food & beverage experience in a management capacity in a full service, high-volume restaurant.
    - Demonstrated knowledge of product, service, and quality operational standards.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    - You're passionate about creating dining experiences and exceeding guest  expectations.
    - You are caring, self-motivated and can demonstrate high levels of leading and coaching skills.

    SERVER:  Servers are responsible for serving Guests in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Guests must feel welcome, comfortable and well attended to at all times. OHSO servers work as team and pool tips. Team service is a style of service that utilizes every member of the FOH staff. We believe in working smarter together rather than harder apart. It creates a self sufficient, strong group of people who learn to trust themselves and their coworkers.

    BUSSER/FOOD RUNNER: Food runners and bussers work as team and pool tips. Your role is assisting chefs, bartenders, servers, and hosts by maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure quick and friendly service to our guests. Food runners main priority is delivering food from the kitchen to guest rapidly and accurately. Bussers main priority is setting and clearing tables and maintaining a high level of cleanliness within the dining room. 


    *Experience isn’t required, but a willingness to learn is.

    HOST: A Host/Hostess presents a positive first impression of the establishment’s friendliness, excellent service and high standards. You greet Guests upon arrival, inform Guests of their wait time, monitor a waiting list, answer the phones, show Guests to their table and bid Guests farewell as they leave.

    BARTENDER: Bartenders provide top-notch customer service while maintaining control of the bar, making drinks for bar and restaurant patrons, and handling finacial transactions. You must have extensive knowledge of liquor mixed drinks, wine and our craft beer and spirits. Thinking quickly, awareness of surroundings and monitoring patrons for signs that they have had too much alcohol are also required skills.

    * 2 years recent bartending experience
    * High volume experience a must.
