A great prep or line cook will be quick and diligent and willing to improve on the job. You will be deft and able to follow instructions as well as all health and safety rules in the kitchen. The ideal candidate should be able to function in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a team.
LINE COOK: Line cooks are responsible for the preparation of food before and after cooking with regards to our standards and recipes. You will be assigned the task of preparing the food in a specific area or along the line in our kitchen such as saute or the grill. Your duties will also include assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks.
Part-time + Full-time
* 2 years experience
* Proficient skills on Prep, Saute, Salad, and Grill stations preferred
* Must be able to multi-task and manage time well
* Must be available weekends, late nights or early mornings
* Starting at $14/hr or DOE
PREP COOK: Assist in the preparation of delicious dishes in the kitchen. You’ll perform routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared according to recipes.
