Ushers - Volunteers work Court 17 checking tickets and directing ticket holders to their seats.

Greeters - Greeting spectators at the front entrance, train station, lounges or various parties.

Transportation - Volunteer drivers must be between 25-75 years of age and be very comfortable driving between the 3 major airports, the hotel (near the venue) and the tennis center. Must have clean driving record
