Group Policies and Registration Information:
Program Fee: The full fee for the 9-week cycle is $585.
Payment Options and Fee Details: Payment will also be accepted in two installments: $350.00 is due prior to attendance at Session 1 (04/27/17), and the remaining $235 is due prior to attendance at Session 5 (05/25/17).

Payment provided in person or via postal mail may be submitted by cash, check, or credit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover, American Express). Online payments are processed through PayPal (account or any major credit card). Submission of this completed registration form, accompanied by a non-refundable $65 deposit (must be received within 72 hours of form submission) guarantees your place will be held for participation in this group.
Should you opt to submit the cycle fee in two installments, authorization will be requested prior to the first session for a one-time automatic credit card charge to ensure timely receipt of second installment. This policy has been implemented for mutual convenience, and credit card on file will be charged only if second installment is not received within 24 hours of the aforementioned due date.
ASPIRE Center is not an in-network provider for any health insurance plans. However, clients are provided with detailed documentation at the conclusion of the group cycle that may be submitted to an insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement (if applicable). ASPIRE Center does not assume responsibility for claim submission or related correspondence with insurance companies.
Please Note: Group payments are non-refundable; under extenuating circumstances, center credit may be provided as determined on a case-by-case basis.
Inclement Weather: Due to unforeseen weather, there will be chances of group cancellation. On the days where weather is an issue, ASPIRE Center will make a decision to hold or cancel group by 12pm. Families will receive an email and/or phone call informing you of any cancellations. Information will also be found on our website, www.aspirecenterforlearning.com. In the event that ASPIRE initiates a cancellation due to inclement weather, participants will receive a credit for the group session in their ASPIRE account, which can be used towards future services at ASPIRE Center.
Client Drop-Off Policy: Please note, that parents dropping participants off for group are required to remain within a 5-minute radius of the center and be reachable by phone/text throughout the duration of group. Parents should return to the center prior to the group's end in order to avoid clients being left unsupervised in the waiting area. Parents of 7-12 year old clients are asked to remain on the premises for the duration of each group session due to the possibility of issues arising that require parent involvement.
Final Exam and Regent Exam Preparation: As a courtesy to our clients who are in high school and will be taking finals and regents in June, we will be offering ONE pre-planned absence discount of $40 for those who may need to miss group due to exam preparation. Pre-planned absence discounts will only be given for a session missed in June. If you do attend planned-missed session, $40 will be collected upon arrival.
